How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1 business day for order confirmation, 2β5 business days for order fulfillment, and an estimated 5β12 business days for shipping. These timelines reflect our average processing and delivery windows and are outlined in detail within our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been confirmed. Again, please allow 1 business day for order confirmation, 2-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled, and then 5-12 business days to ship.
You may also check your order status on our customer page.
Please make sure to check your email's spam and junk folders, and ensure your email's inbox storage is not full (which means we will be unable to communicate with you). This tends to occur often with iCloud emails being used to place an order.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE eco-friendly delivery to 20+ countries around the world on orders over $35. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you!
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them. Additionally, we are unfortunately not in control of any delays due to customs processing.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If your order has already been confirmed and a tracking number has been issued at the time you request a cancellation, a 4% fee will apply to your total order amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs and administrative expenses we incur once an order is finalized. We put this policy in place to ensure fairness, since these costs are charged to us regardless of whether the order is later canceled.
